1)View your account balances
2)Check on the status of work orders
3)Communicate with your respective property manager
4)Get the rent money direct deposited into your bank account.
5)Access to Reports and Documents
Tenants residing at you residence will also have a portal where they can log in and access their accounts to:
1)Check account balances
2)Pay Rent or even set up auto payments
3)Submit maintenance requests for non emergency repairs
4)Send notices to property manager regarding lease renewals or terminations
